I made this cake for a co-worker who retired after 38 years of teaching. It was my first cruise ship. I have no formal training in cake decorating. I am self- taught as a hobby. Half of the cake was home made banana nut and the other half was home made pumpkin spice. The frosting is buttercream. All recipes are available upon request.
