This is my second white cake, filled with blackberry seedless jam and buttercream frosting. I think I shouldn´t add corn syrum, my kitchen was hot. I worked from 10.30 pm baking the cake to 4 am frosting it. (like exciting situations XD)I used serious cakes recipe for the bc, love her technique... I´ve learned a lot from her videos. Please say any comment so I can improve my technique.
