This cake was done for my good friend Jack Knight. He is leaving our fair island of Japan and we wanted to make a special cake for him. So in a play off of his name I made a shield with his coat of arms on it. The cards because he loves poker so much, the cherry blossoms because he was a member of the YOSC(yokota officer spouses club), and the tool belt because he was the man to call when your husband was deployed and everything electrical in your house went on strike. We love you Jack and you will be missed here. (oh bonus note the decorations on this cake only took 2.5 hours *scream of delight*)
