Legos blocks are made of chocolate. To make the Lego blocks I made a mold out of gelatin and some real Lego blocks I borrowed from my kids (after washing thoroughly). Melted chocolate was painted into the peg holes in the mold and then more chocolate was poured in until the mold was full to the top. Top cake is buttercream with fondant "Lego" pegs.
