This cake did not really go as I planned....but I think I learned a lot and can do better next time. I used the Wilton Castle kit. The one year old's mother wanted a castle--but not a "princessy" castle--one with Minne Mouse. It was a really hot day and the towers kept drooping-but everyone at the party was impressed. There were also cupcakes with the turret colors on them and a pink smash cake with polka dots. That's a lot of cake! Thanks for looking!
