I made these cupcakes for a cookout with friends. Yellow cupcakes iced with BC, jelly belly corn kernels, lemon starburst butter pat, and white coarse sparkling sugar salt. I was inspired by Family Fun magazine which credited the Hello, Cupcake! book for the idea.
