My first ever castle cake i am soooo in love with it... It is inspired by one from Carol Deacons book but i have tweeked it ie using my brink imprints, both tiers are cake not just the hollow turrets. i also iced the sides seperately so i could imprint them and then cut out the pattern along the top.. i used a 8" and a 4" vanilla cake with white choc buttercream filling.
