I have just started playing around with chocolate ganache so far I love it although the white chocolate cake has been a little more of a challenge for me I finaly got the hang of it. The dark chocolate cake has an oreo cream filling and the white chocolate has a strawberry cream filling. I have also used a key lime filling with the white chocolate and all have been well recieved!
