In community album: Square Wedding Cakes
This 3 tier square was 6 X 6, 9 X 9, and 12 X 12. The top two tiers were Hawaiian Delight (Coconut, White Choc., Mac. Nut cake with fresh pineapple and coconut pastry cream) the bottom tier was marble cake with 2 layers of choc. choc chip mousse and 1 layer of ganache. The whole cake was finished and decorated in IMBC. The pink ribbon around the base and the bow on top are fondant. This beautiful picture was given to me by the photographer. Trust me the cake did not look as good when it left the shop!

CSM: This is lovely! Such a nice picture too! Critqiue wise some of the bow loops need work (a little rounded would be better)

CSM: The colors are amazing! Love that shade of pink. Must not be my day to agree with Daisy  , but I think you bow is wonderful, lays like a real bow. Your swirls are beautiful and the ribbon border looks great. Your icing is smooth too. Sharp edges. Love prof. pic...if only I could take pics like that.

CSM I love your corners!! I am terrified of squares! Love it! Possibly some rounder bow loops, but bows arent always perfect!

CSM: This is a really spectacular cake. I love how the scrolls are perfect and touching and those corners!! iIt's almost a shame to cut into it. I would like to see your bow loops more loopy, but that's just being picky on my part

CSM - Wow! Love all your amazing straight edges! I'm jealous! Very pretty design and well executed. I like the bow. It looks like a paper bow (non textured crepe paper) as opposed to a ribbon bow.. Love it.

CSM: Nice shot! Should be in a magazine for sure!!! The shot really makes those corners look sharp!!!!! The pink is beautiful as well as the scrolls!!!
