I made these mother's day cupcakes using the petal piping tip for the first time. I'm very new to cake decorating and with 10 cake classes so far, and some inspirational CC photos, created these. White choc mudcake with Butterscotch Buttercream - not a fan of the BC - will have to find a much better recipe, way too sickly sweet
