This is made from a 10" cheesecake. My husband hates cake- and asks for cheesecake every year for his birthday. Plain ol' cheesecake was killing me- so this year I figured I'd try decorating it. I inverted it, frosted the "top" which was the graham crumb, all the parts are made from fondant.
