I made this for a customer's boss. They had a picture of something similar. The "lid" is cardboard, not cake! I used fondant for the hinges, blue piping gel for the water, and BabyRuth candy bars for the....(a la Caddy Shack!) This was maybe not the classiest cake I've ever made, but it was fun!!
