This is the second of two cakes I did for two teachers retiring. Strawberry cake (from scratch), whipped cream frosting, BC and fondant decorations. Had to do the writing with a light color because of the bleed factor with the whipped cream frosting. Still need a little practice on writing but overall happy with the outcome of this cake. You can't see it too well in the picture but Maxine has her signature bunny slippers on:)
