Made for a friend and client who was having a princess themed birthday party. Client supplied a Cinderella barbie doll to use for the cake. Left the dress on and wrapped the skirt of the dress in saran wrap to prevent stains on the skirt. Because of Barbie's height a wondermold pan was too short, instead baked the cake right in my KA mixer bowl, worked perfectly! Was asked not to use fondant on the cake, which proved difficult. Iced in IMBC and design are all in IMBC. Sprinkled with luster dust for a glittery dress! Very happy with the finished product!
