I had the honor of making this cake for Father Blu of St. Agnes Church. It was for his 40th Jubilee Celebration. Bottom layer is Chocolate, middle is white, & top is Lemon. Crosses around the side are made from white chocolate using a candy mold. The flowers on top are made of royal icing. TFL
