Ballerina Cake

This is a chocolate cake covered in hazelnut BC, covered in MMF. The body is made with MMF/gumpaste, the ruffles and skirt are all MFF, all edible. The inspiration was the sugar plum fairy cake in Debbie Brown's Enchanted Cakes for Children.
