In album: beauty
Bottom tier is covered in MMF with Royal Icing piping and silver dragees. Sleeping Beauty is a 2" layer of styrofoam, then two 6"by 3" layers of cake - then a 6" half-ball cake all stacked on top of one another - then I carved the cakes to the shape of her dress. Then I cut a hole through the middle and put in the entire barbie doll (legs and all). I then decorated with fondant (dress), gumpaste (lapel) , royal icing and dragees. WHEW! This was fun to make but a little tricky! :) :) ENJOY!
