This is my 3rd cake. The logo is an edible image I designed with photoshop. The flames were 1st piped onto a greased parchment paper with SugarVeil.... first in the color yellow..... then flooded with the color red.... dried for 2 days..... I then stuck the flames (with the parchment still attached on the outside) onto the cake .... then peeled away parchment. The cake is WASC marbled french vanilla & chocolate. Filling is chocolate mousse. Cake is covered twice with poured chocolate ganache.
