This cake is a customer favourite! Its vanilla sponge with orange, vanilla bean and limoncello flavoured sugar syrup with lemon curd and fresh whipped cream covered in swiss buttercream. Its also my first attempt at making at fondant figurine !! The number " 1" is also made out of fondant:)
