I have to admit that when I was asked to make this cake I had no idea what Super Why was. But after a little internet research and watching a little TV I am an expert on this PBS kids show. The cake is Devil's Food with chocolate buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream icing and clouds. The book is RKT with fondant.
