This is my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake. The bottom two tiers are real and the top tier is a dumy. I reallize that next time I need to make the real tiers taller so they get the topsy turvy affect even more. I also want to give thanks to the other CC members that did mardi gras cakes for their pics because I drew a ton of insperation from them.
