Christina on Cake Central

This was a long process cake. It is dairy free, 3 different flavors,vanilla w/amaretto bc, lt. choc.w/pb bc, dk choc.w/rasp.fruit. the bc's were soy replacement. I used an Italian Meringue BC (I won't use it again I didn't like it), to make the spikey petals around the top. We got the idea from Martha Stewart Chrysanthemum cake. I also used a blue ribbon around the top of each tier to match her colors, and some tiny LED lights between tiers also. Looked pretty cool in person. Thanks for looking.
