I know these aren't "cupcakes" but I had a tough time figuring out where to put them... they're not cookies, they're not cakes, they're not cupcakes. Ah well. Brownies with the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) logo. I made the stencil myself by printing the logo out from the computer, traced it onto some plastic and then cut out the logo with an X-acto knife. I used royal icing for the stencil on the brownies.
