This is a cake I made for a big party we had for my Grandmother's 80th!! The layers are each double layer with a 10 inch carrot cake, an 8 inch white butter cake and a 6 inch chocolate cake. The daisies, black eyed susans and cake topper are hand made from gum paste. May 2009.
