I made this cake for my daughter's 12th birthday using the colors she requested. She wanted a topsy turvey but I chickened out at the last minute! It's covered in MMF and chocolate MMF using Rhonda's ultimate recipe but as I was out of lemon juice I changed the extracts up for a perfectly delicious outcome - one I will continue to use.
