This was a trial run for My son's 1 year Birthday Party. I decided to do the cake for my Grandma since it was her Birthday that week. White cake torted with strawberry filling and a cheesecake layer. I can't quite get the icing consistancy thing down and stil have a lot to learn. Can't wait for my Wilton classes to start.
