I carved or cut this book cake, i also used Meringue icing, filled with pineapple homemade filling, the two diploma's pages are fondant as well as the flowers, the aged look edge, i used gold dust edible powder. This graduation cake was for two young people, brother & sister both were graduating the same day, from different college, the cake was for 100 people so it was a big cake book, and it was ready to travel from NYC to Delaware.!! In person the cake looks better than in the pictures.!! Thank
