A graduation cake made for a chemist (my day job). Any chemistry buff out there will notice a chiral chromatogram complete with a pair of enantiomers. White Almond cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate fondant. The chromatogram and molecule are gum paste. The letters are white chocolate.
