update: all the adults went crazy for this frosting, the kids ate it but said they missed the 'fudgy stuff'. Maybe it's a texture thing?.... I did find it to be quite fragile, it began to wilt after an hour or so at room temp. This likely has more to do with my first attempt, than with the frosting itself!
