The Blocks From Hell !!
This cake just about drove me right off the deep end!...I don't think I'll ever attempt blocks again. They are cakes covered in fondant, with royal and BC accents. I sure hope those damned blocks stayed on there during the 2 hour transport from my house!!....because they took two attempts & about 3 hours of work. I don't know how you guys make those beautiful block cakes without losing your minds first!!...Never again!
I did a block cake last week too and it looked great until somebody at my husband's office fooled with it and the top block fell off right before the presentation - was I mad! I'll see if I can upload my pictures
I have blocks too in photo , I must say they were not easy.........you did good though
