made for a mom having her 4th(kinda unexpected) to serve at a "diaper party"given by her friends...charm bracelet has initials of her 3 kids...cake is made of yellow cake layered with chocolate chip cookie...butter cream and fondant... gumpaste shoe,lid etc....also cakeballs....:)
