-Just for fun. I wanted to do some cupcakes for the troops and set up my not so new & unused cupcake stand I've had for a while. I practiced with making chocolate decorations and a new recipe. Thanks for looking.
Yes, it is equal parts chocolate & heavy cream and 3 to 4 tbsp. chocolate liqueur. For this cupcake, I decided the cuppie was sweet enough and did not sweeten the icing. If I was making a ganache, I would have added more sugar. As it is now, it's a chocoholics fix.r :twisted:
