This cake was made for a birthday and for Mother's day. It is a chocolate cake with oreo cookie goat cheese frosting. All ingredients are organic and much of the sugar has been substituted with agave nectar to lower the glycemic index for those watching their sugar intake. Teh cake is covered in fondant and the stems are fondant. The flowers are real. I found the great ribbon that looks like grass on sale at Michael's craft store!
