This cake was made for Mr. Aubrey's 90th birthday. Mr. Aubrey was created in fondant . The cake was almond pound, covered in buttercream and fondant. The garden was chocolate wafers and fondant vegetables. Foamboard covered in fondant ,and handpainted to resemble bushes, provides a background. This cake was so much fun to make!
