I was so pleased with the results! 2- 12 inch round layers of cake for cap that were sculpted smaller at top and covered in fondant. (a challenging task, being so new at cake decorating) Top is square piece of cardboard covered in fondant. Tassle is sculpted from fondant, a small wire was covered to help with support. The 09 and UNCC logo were made with RI. Scroll is a thin cake rolled and covered in fondant. Cupcakes had tiny fondant sculpted scrolls on them as well.
