Chocolate cake with raspberry BC filling & frosting. The recipient of this cake is French. Black plaque with Eiffel tower, the number 40with a a Can Can dancer on top, all made out of gumpaste. I checked the internet regarding the stockings & was surprised to see solid black stockings(garters of course) & black ballet slippers were worn, not fishnet. Customer liked everything very much & that's what counts, a lot of sparkle added to everything but it doesn't show up in the photo's. TFL
