Purse cake

This was my first attempt at a purse cake. It is a little messy, but at least I have some experience and will be able to improve and learn from my mistakesnext time. Anyway, my girls loved it!

This is adorable! What size cake did you use and how did you make it stand up?

Thanks, I used a 11x13 sheet cake pan ( i believe) I cut it in the middle and iced the two halves together. I then put a little icing on the plate and was able to set the cake up on one end. I hope that helps
