Done on request of my husband for his 41st birthday. Cake is banana with crushed Nilla waffers mixed in, between layers is banana pudding with more Nilla waffers, frosted with an icing made with a pound of cream cheese, box of instant banana pudding mix and some heavy cream all whipped together, then topped with 41 Nilla waffers!
