Request from a friend to make a Mexican themed cake for their anniversary on May 5th. After some searching I found some instructions for making taco cakes, and gave it a shot. It's actually a lot easier than it looks! The shells are made out of white chocolate, with some crushed oreo. Devil's Food cake for the meat, colored Buttercream for the lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Finished off with a few chopped up gummy worms for the tomatos.
