In album: pattern
This is a cake we did for the 155 Batallion, they had a 'Dining Out' and the theme was 'remember our fallen soldiers' The topper is the fallen soldier memorial, you will the soldiers boots, rifle with the dog tags hanging the from the handle and his helmet on top of the rifle. All made from fondant. The flag and Army Seal were both made from fondant. On the back of the cake, I put the digital army pattern and some sand bags to finsh the design.

This makes me want to weep. It is unspeakably lovely in so many ways. Thanks for crafting it, and thanks to those who stand on the wall knowing all the while that they could be one of "The Fallen."

This cake is beautiful. My husband and I both served our country. I was in the Army and my husband was in the Marines and currently in the Army. I would love to make a cake like this.

This is the most moving, and inspirational military cake I have ever seen. It's obvious that you put a lot of thought and TLC into this cake. If I could give you a gold medal for this cake I would!

I purchased the digital pattern on photo paper from Global Sugarr Arts, Then I just touched pieces on to the cake and then with a slightly wet fingerr tore the edges off.
