I made this two tiered hibiscus cake for a teacher who is getting married at the end of May. It is an italian cream cake with coconut and walnut filling. The second tier is a chocolate sour cream cake with raspberry flavored buttercream. The bride liked the cakes. I'm so proud!!!!!!!!!! Please feel free to comment.
