I made this for my friend Megan for her birthday. Vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting filling. I cut it out of a 11 by 15 cake. Cream cheese frosting. Wilton candy melt stars. this one was fun to do. I made her a banner of black paper that said Happy Birthday Megan on it with bright neon pastels taped to glow sticks and put at the top of her cake. She LOVED it!
