This cake was made for a lil girls first communion. She wanted something girly and not too traditional with a green and pink theme. So this is what I came up with. Top layer strawberry cake w/vanilla BC filling. Bottom layer chocolate w/chocolate BC filling. All covered in vanilla MMF. Cross was suppose to stand up, but didnt harden in time! :( But I think it worked out okay. Pearls, roses and name plaque have pearl dust.
