never done an open book before and was dreding having to care it! plus also i did'nt have an oblong tin either, so brought 1 and luck would have it when both cakes were done they had risen to the perfict shape, phew! lol. i love my new tin now :). anyway lol, the cake is maderia, covered in fondant and gumpaste accents. cheers for poppin by x
