This is the first ever Topsy Turvy cake i've ever made. It was for my daughter's 1st Birthday a few days ago. I made it a "mini" since we weren't having a huge party. I used a 6" pan, 4" Wilton springform pan, and a biscuit cutter to cut out the top tier from an extra cake I had. The cake is WASC with Mexican Chocolate buttercream layers. Covered in MMF. The bear was made using Aine2's tutorial. Thanks for looking. I leaned a lot from making this, need's a lot of tweaking on my part!
