2 teirs of chocolate chip cake w/ chocolate chip cookie dough mousse filling(eggless cookie dough folded into whipped cream) and covered in buttercream. Was for my daughters 15th birthday...I still need to practice sunflowers using buttercream... I could not for the life of me get her to let me do fondant.
