My grandson had to have Jeff Gordon's car for his 5th birthday. I did it with a buttercream overlay. It was a pain because there were really too many small details for it to look really good on a 9 X 13 sheetcake. I accidentally placed it wrong too, then tried to move it. Don't EVER do that! I almost messed the whole thing up. I salvaged it, but it looked better before I transferred it.
