Rolled Fondant whimsical topsy-turvy cake consisted of three tiers of chocolate, vanilla rum, and a marble tier filled with dark chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves. It was centerpiece to my daughter's cake decorating bake shop themed birthday party. This was my first attempt at this style cake.
