I am a CSM member. Wanted a cake ultra-girly for a 60yr/o b-day. Lots of Pink!! 10 round, torted, stacked Raspberry Dream Cake. Layered with thick, undiluted full of flavor Raspberry sauce (TK Melyssa!), sandwiched in between a light, fluffy Raspberry cream. Whole thing iced in a half-n-half; ½ SMBC mixed with Vanilla BC (perfect combo of icing flavor & texture, IMHO). Decorated with cornelia lace, pink ribbon, pink bows, flowers, sweet-peas. Cake was very heavy so placed on covered plywood board. Rained cats & dogs & tho lots of decorating makes for fun, this one gave me grief. (CSM: thanks for critiquing!)
