I made this cake for my classes graduation. French vanilla cake covered in MMF. The cap is gumpaste, the capsules, tablets and pill box are fondant and the plaque and tools are chocolate. There was a fondant stethoscope tht had an unfortunate accident and didn't make it on the final cake :(
